God at Work at Sealy Pregnancy Resource Center

God is always at work. We see Him working at the Sealy Pregnancy Resource Center. Sealy Pregnancy Resource Center is non-profit, pr0-life, Christian-based organization where mothers or fathers go to for help. They provide free supplies and services to moms and dads like parenting classes, baby supplies, pregnancy tests, and medical, legal, and housing referrals.

They believe in being a family center where one can come and get the resources needed no matter where they are in their life journey. They walk along side families and build them up so that they can be contributors to the community in which they live.

Sealy Pregnancy Center opened in February 2016.

Beside the front doors are two donation boxes for after hour donations.

The waiting room with a play area for the kids.

The consult room is where clients meet with a team member to assess where they are in their life, determine their needs, and how to help them.

The classroom holds free prenatal and parenting classes, classes on labor and delivery, financial health, healthy living, and other training programs.

Women can come and get a free ultrasound. Ultrasounds are available every second and fourth week of each month.

The lab area where women get free pregnancy tests.

Mommy’s Boutique is full of supplies for moms and dads to choose from to take home. It is full of clothes, towels, wipes, diapers, and blankets.

A gift basket full of goodies is given to each new mom to take home.

A stack of donations given to the center. Donations are welcome at any time.

They have run out of space in their current facility and are in the process of building a larger facility to help more parents. With a new facility they will be able to offer more programs. They need financial support to have the building completed and will need more volunteers to work with the young ladies.

Anyone is welcome.  There is no pre-qualification needed other than being pregnant, or being the biological father or mother of a child up to 36 months of age. Adopting parents are also qualified for their services.
